Hatred and the Angels

Hatred and the Angels

Alexander Anon
0/5 ( ratings)
When a radio broadcast in New Orleans triggers symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in Jim Bailey, a graduate student at Tulane University, his bizarre symptoms include intense fear of seemingly harmless things; crowds, a barn loft, a well, a tree, a rope. In order to heal from his PTSD, Jim must come to terms with terrifying childhood memories that include a psychotic father and the Ku Klux Klan.

Jim's story unfolds as he is forced as an adult to remember and overcome the horrors of his youth. He eventually comes to terms with his past and understands how he has traveled the road from his bizarre childhood to a well-educated successful businessman and loving husband. Unfortunately, he still suffers from guilt and a lack of closure for the terrible things that his father did. Then once again Jim is faced with evil, and this time he finally gets the closure that he so desperately has been seeking.
