Remove Organize Focus

Remove Organize Focus

Douglas Phelan
0/5 ( ratings)
Many people eventually reach a point in their lives where they have acquired too many things, have too many obligations, know too many people, and are overwhelmed by thoughts and information. If you are one of these people, this book is a guide to lead you to a life of greater simplicity and more focus. The process we will use to do this is, remove, organize, and focus.

The process begins by removing everything that isn’t essential. Think of this as going through your life like an editor and cutting things that are not optimal. By getting rid of the things that are in the way or that don’t matter, you make room in your life for the things that are important and enjoyable.

The second step is to organize the important stuff that is left. By organizing, you free your mind from having to keep track of where your possessions are and when your appointments are. When you organize an area of your life, you will feel an inner calm that will allow you to focus, which is the final step in the process.

Focus is the ability to deal with one thing at a time. It is the ability to listen to someone speak without thinking of other things, the ability to enjoy the moment without distraction, and the ability to complete tasks with 100% of your potential.
