It details the cultural differences and the characters who made the project anything but boring. Although there is a considerable amount of medical detail it gives an insight into the lives of the people and their built in sense of fun.
In this conflict weary country the pressures placed upon individuals are almost unimaginable. The constant threat of terror attacks and kidnapping are compounded by corruption on a grand scale. Fake drugs and disappearing money are everyday facts of life. This is all countered by people who find imaginative ways to overcome daunting problems.
