Despite a lasting scar from the incident, Altes buries the memory of the demon mermaid and accepts his fate, but the creature isn't done with him yet.

While aboard the ship Altes meets Lagos Eliades, a darkly handsome man who awakens his desires in a way that no one has before. A string of life-changing events binds the two men together and they set out on a journey that will test their mettle as men as well as the strength of their feelings for each other. Will their love survive the storm?
