Morgan Chalfant is a native of Hill City, Kansas. When he is not churning out poetry or prose, he is out staying active through sports, mixed martial arts, or at the movies. His motto has always been, ?Write true to yourself,? and that philosophy has worked out pretty well so far.

Leanne Ortbals is a young American poet from St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Brandeis University in 2012 with a degree in creative writing and film, television, and interactive media with aspirations of breaking into the writing world with fresh, innovative style. Leanne?s work can be found in several online venues, including her blog at shesinprison.com and as the featured writer for July 2013 in Pastiche Magazine. In her spare time, Leanne can be found writing in coffee shops with an almond milk latte, rock climbing, or listening to music.

Bola Opaleke was born on October 9, 1973 in Ede a village on the banks of River Osun in the western part of Nigeria. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in western Nigeria with honors in environmental planning. A number of his poems and essays have appeared in a few print and e-magazines like Miracle E-zine, Poetry Pacific, Drunk Monkeys, League of Canadian Poets feature, St. Peters College Annual Anthology , UK poetry library and others. In August 2012, his first collection of poetry A Note from Hell was published by an American publisher. In almost all of his work, the abject poverty of Africa, the eroded societal values, and culture and the political maneuvering of the ruling class featured prominently.

Born in England nine days after the end of World War II, Peter Wiesner spent his early childhood in Berlin, Germany then moved to Southern California. After undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, he obtained graduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University. In addition to day jobs in higher education and professional engineering education, he wrote articles on film and education, and produced documentaries on political, technical, and environmental topics for release on public television. Peter has written poetry all of his life and is now focusing on publishing both prose and poetry. This year he will publish his first novel Xtremus: When Technology Goes South with Montag Press. Currently, Peter lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife Linda. They have two sons and four grandchildren.
