Phataz has watched, with disdain, some of his brothers claim life mates among the human, female, Honored Guests. He feels this is a mistake as humans are weak, mentally inferior, and emotionally unstable.

Five of his brothers have claimed human females and Phataz believes this will compromise his family’s higher standing in the community. Now that he found out one of the human females is pregnant, his anger is increasing exponentially.

Phataz has located two Honored Guests that fit the requirements he is looking for. Unfortunately, they are human females. He has not searched for a picture of them and doesn’t care to. Only one will be returning with him, the one who agrees.

The two women, botanists with advanced degrees in chemistry are collecting samples in the Amazon Rainforest. Can Phataz convince one of them to return, and will she ask for another to work with, who doesn’t have such a despicable attitude?

As much as Phataz has come to loathe humans, he does not wish to return home disgraced.
