It had been a very ordinary day when he discovered the breach…

Michael is a boy who lives in the 23rd century, when he discovers what the real world looks like. He is sent back in time by the librarian to discover what the climate was like in the past- when he is caught by the police.

After the librarian and Michael’s best friend James bend time to get Michael back, the timeline is warped beyond recognition, meaning the Devil can finally seize planet Earth and its precious cargo of life in an epic battle and take it back to his own evil universe.

Michael and his new friend Fergus, a boy he met on his first time travelling trip, must change time to try and get the timeline back on track, but they soon discover it’s not quite that simple…

As the battle, called the Final Purpose, looms ever closer it becomes a desperate rush to build an army suitable for fighting off the Devil. Will they succeed, or will life be consumed by the Devil?
