Todd Holton: How a Praying Global Village Brought Back the Dead

Todd Holton died May 31, 2015, of cardiac arrest—but no coroner was there to pronounce him dead. Instead, his son Philip was there, and he knew a thing or two about CPR. They took Todd to a hospital and placed him in an ice bath to preserve organs and brain function in case restoration was possible.

Meg Holton documented what happened to Todd’s body while physically in the “deep freezer” and mentally in a coma. She also recorded prayer requests and their answers as the global church bathed these life-preserving efforts in prayer.
