Meditation is now one of the most widely researched methods for reducing stress and it's related health issues. After my own health crisis I needed to find a technique to reduce the stress in my busy work life. After years of research and meditation practice I developed the Six-P Meditation plan which is designed to help beginners understand how meditation can help them to turn off their stress response and achieve the well researched health and well-being benefits. Once the reader has an understanding of the power of mediation as a stress reduction technique, they are guided through a six stage plan of learning to meditate at home.
