This is how navigation works for the first format:

The Old and New Testament has an index of all the books included
Each book has an index of all its chapters and each chapter has an index of all its verses
Any reference in any index will take you to the given location
Each book has a reference to the previous and or next book
Each chapter reference the previous and or next chapter
Each verse is numbered and reference the current chapter
Each verse starts on a new line for better readability
The New Testament and the Old Testament has a reference to each other
The Kindle Menu has a reference to all the books of both formats

The second format only includes Bible in Basic English and target Kindle devices with the Text-To-Speech feature. If your Kindle device has this and you want it to read Bible in Basic English out loud, then this is for you. Or if you prefer reading Bible in Basic English with as little clutter as possible, then you may just love this one. Navigation is quite similar to the first format and the most significant change is that we dropped verse numbering and verse indexing.

We have worked hard to make the navigation as easy and intuitive as possible. As a result, we believe the navigation we have built into this e-Bible is among the very best available on a Kindle for an e-Bible such as this.
