The FBI, MK Ultra and Targeted Individuals

Someone is using their great wealth, their government connections and their numbers to attack gays, illegal immigrants, antiwar protesters, bikers, dissidents, whistleblowers and other undesirables in America. They gangstalk individuals on the ground using cell phones, following people, honking horns at them, spilling drinks on them, etc. Along with this they are using satellites and drones to attack people from the sky using emf/microwave harassment. People are hearing constant loud noises, especially in their left ear so that their work and sleep is being interrupted. It is causing many to flee from town to town. The perpetrators think these people are bad for America, they can't put them in jail so they are engaging in this subtle behavior. The people being targeted recognize the phenomenon, calling it MK Ultra, Cointelpro, Operation Monarch and refer to themselves as Targeted Individuals. It is a continuation of the FBI harassment of the Black Panthers and Hippie movement of the sixties. The structure is still in place but has gone high tech. Dr. John Hall and Dr. Robert Duncan have written books on how the harassment is being done and suggest metal shielding and magnets to deflect the emf. The point of the attacks is to surreptitiously encourage the victims to leave America. Some have left America, some have committed suicide and others have gone berserk, such as the Navy Yard shooter. This book is a warning, for when these individuals are eliminated/run out of town, you may be next because you questioned the law in a chat room and got reported, you belong to a very small religious denomination such as Jehovah's Witness, or are in some way a minority.
