This one is my least favourite so far. Mainly because I hate Harvey in this version and it was all about him. There's a twist, but then there's another twist at the end which kinda makes the first one a bit pointless. I did tear up at the ring scene though, it was an emotional one.
Harvey and Sabrina are adorbs in this tale 🖤It is much darker than the show, though. Definitely a different vibe.
O.M.F.G.I can't believe THAT happened. Honestly didn't see it coming. Although, I should've. Should have known the path this comic book series is heading down gets darker and darker, and that nothing is off limits.Yikes! I need a sec to process this. Not because of my attachment to the character, but because of Sabrina's.Anyway, a LOT happens in this issue. And we even have a cameo from some Riverdale guys. Namely, Veronica and Betty, who really get a shock. That Madam Satan's such a kidder. 😜Th...
Things keep getting dark!It is still quite different from the Netflix series. I was really surprised. Betty and Veronica from Riverdale are witches in this version.I knew what was coming and I was still hoping there was a chance for Harvey. Madam Satan is causing a serious problem and is not done yet. Betty and Veronica also encountered a surprise. Things get darker and weird as the comics continues. I can't wait for the next volume!/İşler kararmaya devam ediyor!Hala Netflix dizisinden oldukça f...
Things continue to get darkerI knew what was coming and still was hoping for a reprieve for Harvey. I have always had a soft spot for him and was hoping for the best. Ms. Satan is causing some serious trouble and she is not done yet. Betty and Veronica got a bit of a surprise too. This is a tight and suspenseful take that only gets darker as you move forward.
Super sad volume of SabrinaSabrina’s 16th Birthday celebration and baptism into the coven is interrupted by Harvey with sad results. I feel so bad for Sabrina.
oh wow that was dark
Wow, this was stupid. The whole death situation hit me unguard and because of that, I had trouble believing that it really happened. I thought perhaps he will actually not be dead. Seemed a bit stupid, but oh well, I thought perhaps it will be explained a bit more by "Mrs Porter" or the coven. Instead, I got an engagement ring. Do the authors understand how ridiculous it looked? I, as a reader, don't even believe their feelings and relationship, but here we are - their whole lives played out alt...
I like the Netflix series more
Harvey appearsAnd very quickly disappears. Not sure I like this even as I try to banish images of my favourite tv show and enjoy it on its own.
I thought comics and I were done but this turns out to be a good oneMaybe I'll read the next
Sabrina continues to be a solidly average experience. The art is still often sub-par, especially faces. Do they not have someone go over the images to make sure the characters don't have dramatic facial changes between panels? There are a few places where characters look like they've aged 20 years from one page to the next.
I'm still shook that Veronica and Betty are witches. Am I really gonna be sucked into reading that series too? DAMN.
I really liked these comics. I am delving more into the comic world and I am definitely liking what I am finding! I love horror novels and I've read a few horror graphic novels, so far these were one of my favorites. I think they're even basing the new tv show that's coming out partially off of this. I like the darker side of these comics...everyone expects (probably because of the tv show) that nothing that bad will ever happen, but I think that's unrealistic. Having powers is not something to
Dark and spooky. Unexpected ending but I loved it!
Not as good as the previous three volumes but still worth reading! It’s interesting to see Sabrina gradually realising the harsh reality of being a witch. I’m still craving for some action from Sabrina. 3/5🌟.
Oh my GAWD
I keep trying. This one was so completely different from the show. I kind of like that, and want to see how this arc turns out. But for some reason, I just can’t seem to fall in love with these comics.
Love the cover of this! In which Sabrina has emotions about Harvey, and did I mention how much I like Ambrose? And how Sabrina's aunts are really quite frightening?
Man, this strip started out surprisingly grim and dark, and it just turned things up to overdrive. Harvey Kinkle, the love of Sabrina's life, has--Well, you gotta read it to see what happens.I was stunned.A lot of things happened in this issue. Sabrina learned more about her legacy and her aunts (had new thoughts about the dinners they had together) and there is a cameo with Veronica and Betty that is creepy and campy at the same time. There's a lot of heart in this issue (emotional as well as ph...
