Altro bellissimo libro illustrato del maestro del fantasy erotico Luis Royo.
Royo is my favorite fantasy artist. Every woman, naked, half-naked or fully clothed is gorgeous, every man buff, every monster grusome and every weapon beautiful. Royo's work is not for the faint of heart but is well worth the look.
Another great collection of Royo art - interesting seeing the same themes and poses with different characters, ala Wings of Dreams 2.There's No More Wind was one of my favourites in this collection, and can be seen on the back cover.His way of mixing a fairly muted brown and grey palette with striking red, as in Light and Darkness, is very effective.
An ex of mine was heavily into erotic art/erotica/erotic photography so naturally I read some of what she collected. I found the erotica not to my tastes but the brief flirtation with art books was ok. Unfortunately for me whilst the art is good it's just not substantial enough to be interesting. I prefer stories really and I haven't read anything of this nature since that period.
