The Manual covers each aspect of the trial process-from the issuance of a complaint and notice of hearing and the final issuance of a decision and order. It refers to relevant case law and contains examples of litigation techniques that will assist the Trial Attorney in developing a litigation strategy. The Manual is divided into two binders. Binder I contains the litigation guidance. Binder 2 contains reference materials, forms, guidance and models.
