I found what I was searching for in this book. This is a compass for further work and therapy but it is a very important step. I got clarifications, I got clues and help what to do and how to stop intrusive unpleasant feelings which sabotage my health and well-being. The work is not finished but it was a good start! Again, thank you, Susan Forward! It is not the first book I read by this author and not the last.
