I am a sucker for a Hallmark Christmas romance. This story fits the bill. Sometimes it went a bit over the edge into silly, but I just decided to enjoy the ride and follow it over the edge. Silly is a fun place, after all. 😁

I'm trying to decide how much I liked this book. I know this book was based on the song "Deck the Halls" but you can definitely throw a little bit from "Mr. Grinch" in there too. I think the book would have been better if it were longer and had a little more depth to it.
