Jesus and Genes

Jesus and Genes

Ronit Meiri-Peled
5/5 ( ratings)
This book is the yearning of a grown man for Jesus Christ. By writing about his childhood, he attempts to point out the biggest historical and religious mistake ever: the mistake that some Jews made by denouncing Jesus Christ.
Jesus and Genes takes us from what seems to be a popular anthropological survey of Israel's melting pot in one of Tel Aviv's suburbs during one week in the summer of 1970, through to the clashes between several cultures, taking us on a journey of gradual turns as it does so.
The seeds, planted in a humorous and sarcastic manner, grow to expose taboos, traumas and rituals, but grow branches that take a different direction.

This book has been written as if the author were a funnel; as if the book was written before and handed on to him via unexplained channels.
