Sayura, a warrior of the Ce'Enzo race, has just completed her rank test to become a member of the Ce'Enzo elite military force known as the Xzhosa. Shortly afterward, her planet is invaded by an alien race and she finds herself transported to another planet that was once a prison colony.

Now Sayura must fight both for her life and to return home to save her planet from the invaders, all the while protecting the other 3 Ce'Enzo warriors who ended up stranded with her.

But with enemies ranging from giant sea slugs to rhino-pigs to Cthulhu itself and other races she can't trust trying to become allies, Sayura is overwhelmed with responsibility. And to top it off she finds that even the weakest beings on this new planet are so strong they could end her life without breaking a sweat.

Sayura must fight if she's to return home and save her people, but fighting might only lead her to a faster death.
