*Disclaimer: I have a short story in this anthology* Really enjoyed this. There are some absolutely hilarious stories in here. My favourite: Steve Carr’s ‘Sauce’, followed closely by Grivante’s ‘Biscuit: A Love Story’.
" Format : Audiobook )"Food doesn't scream."Seventeen stories, all bizarre and with a taste of horror: modern day adult fairy stories. As suggested by the title, each is in some way connected to food or the preparation room, the kitchen and the participants include witches, pink panties, a mini Mexican ghost and animated foodstuffs amongst the more regular humans. Curiously, respited the very frequent, detailed and fully explicitly sexual experiences, it remains unrelentingly non-erotic. Sex, bu...
I need to check out more work from all the authors included in MASHEDWhile I loved just about every story here, I think that my top 5 stand-outs are...1.) “P.A.C.D. THE KITCHEN OF TOMORROW, TODAY!” By R.A. Goli2.)“BISCUIT: A LOVE STORY” By Grivante3.)“THE CARE & FEEDING OF YOUR PERSONAL DEMON” By Maxine Kollar4.) “THE STRAY” By Calypso KaneAnd #5 is a tie between “SAUCE” By Steve Carr, and “THE DISAGREEABLE DINNER” By Mark Daponte
This book was er... interesting.. This is a collection of short stories where each story contains food, horror and sex somewhere in the story. Some were interesting, and some were just totally out there. The writing was pretty good, just some of the stories did not excite me, and some were just very bizarre. Some of the stories I kind of skipped through as they did not get my interest. If you want something totally different this is a book for you! I did enjoy some of the stories in the book!
I absolutely loved this collection of short erotic and food driven stories. I enjoyed the variety that comes from having many different authors, and I thoroughly enjoyed the various ways in which the food matter was dealt with, several of which had surprise twists to them. This is a voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
A Woman’s Corn - Two secret lovers with more secrets then either of them knew, brings about a special witches brew while the devil stews. By J. Donnait This was cute and surprising with hints in the summary I should have guessed the extent of it. Lesson never think you will come out on top for you won’t. Two loves meet one to say good bye one not willing to let go. The outcome is anyone’s guess but few will see it coming. Charlies Chunky Munching Meat - A tale of obsession over a certain pink me...
THIS IS A COLLECTION OF HORROR STORIES. SOME OF THE SSTORIES ARE SENSUAL BUT MORE SCARY THAN ANYTHING ELSE
DNFThis book isn't worth it to read. I thought it would be better. It is uninteresting and dull. There's nothing to keep you reading.
This book was definitely different. I've met some people with twisted imaginations but the authors in this book far exceed them. Each story contains food, sex and some element of horror. No 2 stories are the same. That alone is an accomplishment, considering how many stories there are. I wouldn't say I "loved" this book but it was certainly interesting. The writing was good but I think it just wasn't my kind of book. I do enjoy horror but I think some of these stories just went a little too far
This book of short collections was frickin AWESOME! Food, and Horror, and Humor, and Sex! Oh My! Every short story I enjoyed. Highly entertaining. But my favorite had to be;2nd Story- Charlie’s Chunky Munching Meat By Stephen McQuigganOmg! I couldn't stop laughing and cringing. I just couldn't imagine! Smh. Plus, my husband got a kick out of this one! Hahaha. Lol.
I won this book in a giveaway.I was hoping that this was going to be on the same level as my favorite erotic horror series, but so far it's not even close. To be fair, I've only read a third of the stories, because I just haven't found them that interesting. I wanted to be scared, turned on, or a little scared that I'm turned on, but I've found myself none of these. With short-story books, I typically like reading a few stories here and there while taking a break in between other books or when I...
Sometimes food horror porn is just what you want....Bloody and disgusting stories of cooking and killing with narration sometimes robotically erotic....delicious and filling!
Such a naughty book! Being chosen from a list of over 200 entries means each story has something special about them, whether it be the erotic, the horror or the cuisine. My favourite stories were: Biscuit, because of the mystical element, the 'ewww' factor and the ending that brought an evil grin to my face. The Stray, because it was so strange and unexpected, the food was definitely a shock!Overall it is a fantastical collection that disturbs in many ways but all fun to read.*I voluntarily read
Well then. This was an experience. As you can guess from the title, this book is very eccentric. However, I think that 'erotic' is a total misnomer - yes, each story included some kind of sexual element but I think this book is the definitive article on the difference between 'sex' and 'sexy'.The stories are all very different from each other, the only common elements being food, sex and weird. It's a mixed bag in terms of quality of story and writing style, which is usually the case in anthologie...
This very funny book with racey erotic horror stories I love the Biscuit story or Scottish Tablet as was often called. This 250ps of naughty but enjoyable fun.I see that the only person who Like the biscuit but I also enjoyed the revamp of Red Riding Hood & Sugar too.A dark erotic Gothic collection

Great collection of short stories. All of them are funny, gruesome, and erotic! Definitely not for a younger audience lol. Each of these made me laugh and cringe. Some were a little odd, but still enjoyable. Great narration by Missy Cambridge. She kept me laughing!
I had absolutely no idea what to expect when this short story collection was sent to me for review. I didn’t know how the authors would combine horror, food and sex in seventeen different stories. Somehow … they did it – be it that the stories were super weird and not really scary or thrilling at all. Imagine a biscuit so soft and sweetly scented that it gets gangraped by a group of bums. Yep, weird. When I think of “erotic”, I don’t exactly imagine the scenes of MASHED. In my opinion, most of th...
