She had her gorgeous blue eyes set on moving up from a regional news anchor to national. Her ruby lips parted as she spoke, “This is Tawny Peaks with the Cable United News Team. Remember that your day hasn’t officially started until you’ve turned us on, and now for breaking news.”

They cut to a different camera and Tawny gave her best serious expression, “Reports around the country are coming in about monster...I can’t say that!” Tawny looked past the camera to the producer’s booth.

“Go with the story Tawny.” The producer said calmly.

Tawny cleared her throat, put on her friendliest “love me” smile. “We at are telling you to lock your doors, keep your pets inside, and DO NOT let anyone enter your home under any circumstances. We’re receiving reports that vicious creatures shaped like monster co...manhoods. They are attacking people all around the globe. No one knows how they got here, but there have been several theories. Some are saying it’s a terrorist plot, others have said it’s a governmental conspiracy, and even a few that claimed they are monster di...manhoods from space. George? This can’t be real right?”

But it was real...very real.
