Enjoyable.
I'm fairly certain that Strain took the idea for Face from the second Riddick film and that the woman who had him on a leash had a Deathly Hallows symbol on her shirt. Ah, pop references. The hallmark of young writers. In general, this is still a decent comic that could really use a better artist.
I think this is one of the weakest X-Titles. I like some of the characters, but I don't really know anything about any of them. And the art is really weird some times. I might drop this one soon.
Momentum is building! The scene between Nathaniel and Face really pulled my heart strings. The art is starting to feel like a novelty that's getting old? I don't really dislike it but I'm starting to feel unsure about it. And it really bothered me when two characters switched places mid discussion. It got super confusing.
Weakest of the X titles, and I'm still not sure why they need this book at all. Put Jubilee and Kid Omega into one of the other books and call it a day.
