In time to ignite the pancreas and the liver to achieve better overall health, we can harness the benefits of certain foods that will also help us eliminate toxins.

We can say that the modern lifestyle and current feeding does not harmonize much with the health of the pancreas and the liver.


The more processed it is a food, and the farther it is from its natural state, the more problems will cause these organs so important and sensitive.
Let's reflect on our living habits for a moment: cigarette, alcohol, sedentariness, sugar consumption, or prefer, for example, a jelly or a box juice to a natural fruit.
When we get home exhausted, we often opt to thaw any dish already ready rather than devote a few minutes to preparing something healthier, cooler and with the most intact properties: with all its antioxidants, its minerals and vitamins.
