Great book for understanding dementia and Alzheimer's disease. It's essentially the Blue Lives Matter book tied with more brain games. Seems like most health books I've read lean into plant based diets, which is why I am going back to a vegetarian, almost vegan diet. This book made me realize that my brain is just like any organ in my body and what's good for your heart, is also good for your brain.

What a magnificent book, it's really worth reading!So good there are still doctors who practice and privilege preventive medicine. And this book written by this pair of neurologists is proof that doing preventive medicine is the only way to maintain mental health and it is possible to reach old age without cognitive decline, even if there is a genetic risk. A healthy lifestyle is, without a doubt, the most important factor to consider.
