Four stars for being so short and just... more drama. Here's the thing I want to happen: I want Betty Cooper to pull an Oracle and find a new life in a wheelchair, because being in one is not a death sentence. Yes, it makes some parts of life difficult, but... I mean... she's still alive. Get past the drama and tears, guys!
Everyone's different reactions to Betty's accident had me emotional while reading this issue. She's such a big part of the town, and that last scene with everyone coming together to prove just how much was beautiful. Even if poor Archie thought he couldn't do anything right to help her in this issue, he still got them all together. Also can we talk about how much he loves her. It's proven in this issue. And I'm loving the start to this new story arc. I can't wait to see how it plays out. Especia...
4/5 stars mainly because my shipping heart is feeling fulfilled. Is that biased of me? Yeah, but that doesn't meant I'm gonna change it. Also, artwork was pretty good in this issue
The story is slow to move and everything hurts. Can't believe they took Archie Comics here.
Aw, poor Archie! His love for Betty is so pure! ❤ And my love for Betty is as fierce as her determination. Not to mention the amazing friendship between Dilton and Moose. The HOW sequence was funny and sweet.
It was an ok issue, the storyline though is so meh!
After the events of volume four, Reggie challenging Archie to a drag race, our beloved Betty has landed herself in the hospital. This new story arc has begun on a painful note, but I’m definitely excited to see where everything goes. Especially since everything is slowly transitioning to something more real.

5 Stars! ★★★★★
Liked all of Archie's pratfalls (reminded me of issue #1) but the Betty storyline is bleh.
3.5 Stars. Not much really happened.
Nice way to follow through on the concept and good way to examine Archie’s guilt and the way everyone sort of holds him at arm’s length.
After the events of last issue, It's clear Archie is having a tough time dealing with what's happened to Betty. He tries to help with taking over her volunteer work, but as expected, he mucks up more than he actually helps, in a humorous sequence capped off by a hilarious "HOW?" moment. It does feel like Mark Waid is setting Betty up for a recovery, as opposed to getting accustomed to life in a wheelchair, but this development at least allows for a touching look at how many lives Betty touched.
