Ayen, an elf, and Sarjin, a dwarf, are best friends who are living a peaceful life, taking jobs as mercenaries when their world is invaded by an unknown creature. He gives them a warning of difficult times ahead. When Ayen notices a town burning in the distance, they go to find out who or what did it.
Berasli is a monk who has never left the Citadel where he has lived his entire life. When he receives a vision from his deity, Asvaranain, of a mission he must accomplish to save the world from destruction, he will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.
Lula Lakhat is a Seer with unwielded potential. When dark clouds and evil omens erupt in her small town, she calls on what her grandmother taught her.
This group must come together, however they can, and stop Aqthur, a sorcerer, who hasn't been seen or heard of in over 5,000 years.
Can they put aside their differences to save their homes? Can they defeat a foe that no one else has been able to?
Only time will tell
