I wrote this book for the CE-NOs. Leadership bookshelves are full of books for the rising stars. This book is for those yet to even look up and see a star. I wrote it for those yet to raise downcast eyes with hope and expectation that maybe, just perhaps, they can dream of something significant—that there is something or someone who can free them from the mundane mire that traps them.
So, is this a book for rising stars or those yet to look up and see a star?Both. Let me explain.
