When I titled this book Outstanding Esthetics, I knew I was raising the bar. Outstanding Esthetics can mean many things but at the end of the day, achieving something that is outstanding takes a lot of time and hard work. Sometimes we don’t want to put in the hard work it takes to achieve outstanding results, or we don’t know how to get there, or perhaps there are too many obstacles in our way.
