The President and Clerk and Treasurer shall be elee'ted for a term of one year. At the Annual Meet ing in 1903 three Direetors shall be eleeted for a term of one year, three Direetors for a term of two years, and three Diree'tors for a term Of three years, and thereafter at each Annual Meeting three Di reetors Shall be eleeted for a term of three years, to fill the vacancies then occurring in said Office. Upon the expiration of his term of Office a Direetor shall not be eligible for reelee'cion for one year thereafter. The President, or in his absence one of the Execu tive Committee, shall preside at all meetings of the Club.
