A great short story I listened to. I very much enjoyed the author's voice and her style of reading.
Finished it in one go, odd but I like the authors writing style and obscure and unlikeable characters, except the main woman character-she’s cool. I think I’m gonna start a mini garden maybe grow a plant
i love ottessa moshfegh and her writing and her way of making these incredibly unlikeable characters
Listened to ottessa read this short story without realizing it’s literally in the book im reading rn….
Certainly packs a punch. Impeccable character development and social analysis in a very short story. It's certainly worth your time. It won't even take that much of it.
