I know two kids published in this book. Both of thier pieces are pretty amazing. . . for poetry. I have been picking it up here and there reading the rest of the poems, which are very hit or miss. In all fairness, I don't really know how to judge a book of poetry, especially one that is an anthology of different writers.
Lots of talent. Makes me jealous, by which I mean inspired.
Very frankly, it would have been better with the nominated poem I wrote included in it. Read this is as sour grapes, words of an astute critic, or both. Ha!
Each poem is so unique and different.
Always a good read, fascinating collection; a couple spelling error that I caught which I found disconcerting...a good idea book, worth reading from cover to cover
