The Age of Show Business

The Age of Show Business

Tom Rankin
0/5 ( ratings)
Alfred Kitman, a distinguished newscaster with 34 years of Broadcasting experience, has been struggling in the ratings, specifically the Caucasian male age 18-49 demographic.

Fortunately for Alfred, his network has hired a fresh crop of millennial graduates to help “spice up” the nightly news. After doing some market research to determine what exactly it is that men in this demographic love most, the results come back indicating that “men love tits.”

Soon Alfred finds himself delivering news on the president’s foreign policy with prosthetic breasts outside of his suit. Ratings, of course, sky rocket, but word comes back that women & church groups are offended and Alfred must then wear a bra to calm the outrage.

As hype builds around his fake breasts and the things he’s wearing, Alfred notices that people seem to no longer care much about the president’s foreign policy or anything else he’s been reporting on for that matter.

The Age of Show Business follows Alfred as he watches his vocation get transformed into something that is no longer recognizable to him and constantly leaving him to owner, “How far will this really go?”
