The fictionalized dialog is... rough....And this isn't exactly an unbiased book... I suspect once you read the book by Jon Katzenbach and hear the results of surveys conducted by the "Katzenbach Center", the hope is that your company will spend the money on their consultants at PWC...But the ideas and approach seem solid. If you're interested in understanding/changing the culture(s) within your organization, you'll probably get something out of reading this.
Really excellent description of the key people that it takes to run a great business and how to identify and use to promote change and improved culture.
Handbook for "consultants" by some clearly very professional consultants on how to turn around an old company set in their ways when the times are changing and they are not.
Interesting reading about organizational culture

“Changing everything at once is impossible. Focusing on just a few behaviors allows for consistency and coherence.”If you like books about organizational culture; Katzenbach delivers an engaging and compelling case for focusing on a critical few traits, behaviors, and authentic informal leaders as the most effective mechanisms for making actual transformations. It’s refreshing to read a book that challenges organizations to look within rather than borrow from others’ successes as the means for c...
I think I expected too muchThe dialogue format rubbed me the wrong way. I understand why it was used, but it stopped me from taking the matter seriously.
It was recommended to me as an excellent sourcebook on company's culture but unfortunately, I have never got entirely engaged with it.
