This tome covers FEMFORCE #24-30, wherin RAD’S reformation fails, COLT temps as team leader, JENNIFER WAYNE-BURKE becomes the new MS. VICTORY, the BLACK SHROUD reappears, SYNN returns from limbo, Golden Age heroes revive, and GARGANTA is born. FF creator Bill Black reclaimed the full scripting chores on FEMFORCE during this time period, and began to turn the book into an ongoing action-and-soap-opera comic book classic, and with art chores handled by soon-to-be Marvel/DC mainstays like Rik Levins, Billie Marimon, Frank Turner, Mark Propst and John Dell, the FEMFORCE title began to really hit it’s stride during this stretch of 1990 and 1991 issues. This volume is over 200 pages at full comic book size; squarebound trade paperback “bookshelf” binding, with full-color covers and black & white interiors.
