In the mean streets of Chicago nothing is sweet, and everything moves fast. Chicago Hood Tale tells a raw story of three teenage girls Jamyla, Cassie and Johnnie growing up in the wild streets of Chicago. They quickly learn how tough life can be. Trouble is everywhere, and many grow up quick.

Jamyla is trying her best to stay away from the streets, but she has a strong attraction to thugs. She is the most focused out of the girls, determined to get through high school and make something out of herself. The last thing she wants is to end up like her mother. Her brother, Telly has her back, and more than anything he tries to keep her on the right path, but will Jamyla fall prey to the streets?

Cassie is the wildest of the girls. She’s all about her money, designer clothes, bundles, fast cars and having connects with the biggest bosses in the city is her only agenda. At the tender age of fourteen, she already has a daughter and even that responsibility is not stopping her. However, everything that glitters isn’t gold, and Cassie may just find herself in a life changing situation that will affect her forever.

Johnnie is Cassie's older sister that feels like she is the mother to the girls. Although she dropped out of high school and went down a path full of regrets, she doesn't want that for her sister Cassie. Will Johnnie be able to protect Cassie and the girls from harm?

On this journey of trials and tribulations, will the girls learn to play the cards they’re dealt? Will they beat the odds against them, or will they fall victims of the street life?
