I read this with my 5th grade students during quarantine. St Exupery was inspired to write this after a plane crash in the Sahara and it is an interesting story to ponder during this time when we are all at home, alone and without our friends. I asked the students to make connections with this experience and that of being alone in the desert.
Absolutely amazing. As a little boy reading this book many years ago, it's very fascinating. I could say that it provoked my imagination and it is one of the parts of what made me to be 'me' today.
I don’t see the appeal. I couldn’t get interested and ended up abandoning halfway through.
So...unpopular opinion, i guess...but i wasnt impressed by this book as i thought i would be. Ive heard so many good reviews on it but for some reason i just didnt get in to it like everyone else. The story was just a little confusing. The little prince drops from an unknown planet and then it talks about a different person in a bunch of different planets and honestly i didnt see the "life message" the book was supposed to deliver. I did listen along with the audio book as well so maybe that turn...
This was very very cute, it almost felt too short! I wish I had read this as a kid.
This book is recommended for children aged 8+. This is a charming and beautiful story about being curious and open-minded. It is narrated by a pilot who crashes in the Sahara Desert and meets a mysterious Little Prince. The Little Prince tells of a series of wise and enchanting stories from the small planet he comes from (Asteroid B-612) and his journey to other neighbouring planets, including Earth. This would be a great book to cover in a unit of English lessons, as many of the short tales hav...
#bookreviews The Little Prince: 5.0 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Of course, it will always be my favorite childhood book and no words can explain how attached I've been to this. Rereading this made me to love this book all the more.
A classic book with beautiful illustrations.
Assolutamente sopravvalutato.

This was such a cute story. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the audiobook in French and English. I have missed listening to French usage

🌠The Little Prince🌠By: Antoine De Saint-ExuperySo...Unpopular Opinion Time. I didn't care much for this book. But I hear so much and from so many people that "this book is fantastic" "everyone should read it" "it should be required reading for every child"! Nah, I'll pass. I know it's supposed to be something like teaching kids to be more curious and learning that the things you spend the most time on or value are what you care about most and will bring you joy, and that growing up sucks and to
