Monogrammed Panties

Wendy is black from a middle class family in Queens. Rita is white from a poor family in W. Virginia. Both are freshmen at the same prominent state university. When Wendy discovers Rita wearing a pair of her panties, a fight ensues. After it is broken up, both girls are summoned to the counseling office for discipline. There they are given the choice of having the matter referred to the police or accepting an old fashioned, bare-bottom spanking from one of the counselors.
