“THE EVO MORALES EXPERIMENT:
THE BIRTH OF A NEW ERA IN BOLIVIAN POLITICS”

…was accepted in 2014 by Palgrave, an ‘academic’ publisher.
Palgrave knew EVO was written by a journalist from the very first day. It was NOT written by a scholar. After a first agreement the publisher cut a third of the book. They never sent a copy of this agreement duly signed by Palgrave executives to the author.
Since 2014 they have no explanation for an abnormal publication delay of almost five years.
Palgrave keeps the book in Amazon and sells it without any legal authorization to publish or sell it. Palgrave just delays the publishing date from month to month since 2016.
They ignore the author since 2014.
They do not kill the book because all reviewers recommend its publication. They recognize the quality of the work - the author can provide everybody with all reviews requested by that publisher.
EVO does not deserve to be kept in limbo since 2014. The book deserves to be published.
