3.5Like I know they can’t have all the book in this but I still feel like they cut out my favorite parts. Also I liked the art style but I wish they keep it consistent(from the other graphic novels).
I think The Last Olympian is the favorite of many people, myself included. There was so much action and deaths :( but I loved actually getting to see it all. There were so many monsters in this one and it was great to get those visuals.*Notes in updates
Dang I loved this series as a kid. I still love this series for introducing me to Greek mythology. How did I not know about the graphic novel for the final book sooner?
titular dialogue:26%: Hestia: I am the last Olympian.I've already forgotten that Hestia's the titular last Olympian, hah. This was already epic in the original prosaic form. Too bad Disney had to step in and take the reins from Rick.
Why did it have to end!
I have had this book on hold since March 27!!!!! Thank god it came in. I did really enjoy it. It left out some parts I was mad about (the underwater kiss) but overall it was pretty good. I just love Percy. If you're missing him I definitely recommend picking this up. I still cried at the parts where Beckendorf and Silena died, but whatever. If you like/love Percy come talk to me in the comments. :)
Nice adaptation! I wish the final battle scenes weren't rushed but in general I enjoyed this graphic novel! I like how the humor was still included and I liked the illustrations.
It's missing a lot from the book, but for a graphic novel this was amazing! The books are some of my favorite and now getting to read them in graphic novel form and seeing the artwork just made me feel so happy to be back with the demigods. ❤️❤️
3 Stars | Bad ShorteningIt's hard to change a 375-page book into 128 pages. Here's a pic of a page in the book:I'm sorry, but those battles took WAY longer and were WAY harder than just what is shown there. This went on and on for the entire book. I'm sorry, this was a big problem for me, and this is why I didn't like this book.**Make sure to like this review, and of course, follow or friend me if you haven't yet.****My blog link is www.kzreads.blogspot.com. There may have been some minor issues with the last edition of the graphic novel adaptation series of Percy Jackson, but otherwise WOAH, I stand by my statement that if the films were exactly like the graphic novels, they honestly wouldn't disappoint (but standards are also pretty low lol). The art is better than the last 4, the emotions were there, and the action was awesome. But, like I said, it has some issues...*spoilers below*The emotions were there, but the pacing was off because of how fa...
This GN was the best out of the series. It tried giving us a little more of that emotional attachment to the characters the other GNs omitted. Even though, in my opinion, it came a little late. The art was beautiful and I even found a funny little Easter Egg! I read these graphic novels to once again familiarise myself with the story so I would be better prepared before reading The Heroes of Olympus series. However, so much of the world/character building was left out or was altered that I’ll pr...
its good to see the characters illustrated
A strong finish, I'm genuinely impressed. Most of the major points were here, and out of the ones that weren't I'm oddly relieved that they were left out. The art is the standout here, it's so fluid and fits so well with the atmosphere of a big final battle. A great one, for sure.

definitely not as good as the regular series. Juniper wasn't in it at all and we learned nothing about Nico's mom which I felt were huge plotlines to leave out. The last two graphic novels had a different illustration style than the first three which was a good improvement but they just needed to be longer in my opinion.
I liked it, but the graphics were a little too chaotic for my taste.
Epic as always. Everybody looked SO GOOD. The last kiss was so sweet :)
The illustrations were really detailed and well-drawn, but personally, I liked the original novel better.
I think I've figured out one of the reasons I don't like these graphic novels adaptations: they don't really hold the entire story, just the main plot (and even then there's stuff taken out). I mean, Battle of the Labyrinth and The Last Olympian have a much more appealing art style in my opinion, but that doesn't really make up for the fact that a healthy chunk of the story is still missing. For this book, it started with Rachel and Percy hanging out and Percy thinking or talking about the fact t...
So I had planned on rereading all of PJO last semester but didn't end up getting to The Last Olympian over winter break as I had originally planned but here we are, we finally made it, TRIUMPHANTA glorious end to a glorious series, I think the graphic novel versions are gorgeous (a definite improvement from the titan's curse), I'll never not love Percy Jackson.
