Tobias is swooned over so much, I just had to give this a try, even tho the single mom trope isn't my favorite. I do love college sport romances with the nerd/jock theme. I've also had luck with this author in the past. So, it was worth a try. What I noticed immediately is how similar the premise is to another book I adore. Similar set up. Similar gossipy chapter headings. Same “Tutor Girl” nickname. Even some scenes seemed a little reminiscent.... and I'm not sure the comparison helped this one...
