For the most part this was an interesting collection of story teasers and a chance to explore new voices. There are a few stories I wouldn’t mind reading the full version of and a few that weren’t my taste.

Now, each story just lists the title and not the author as you read through. Every single one feels like YA written by women... After finishing the sampler, I go back and ready the list of authors and all are women but one. Not really a problem except for the fact that Tor usually publishes adult sci-fi/fantasy.
