The President's Nemesis

The President's Nemesis

Michael Beres
0/5 ( ratings)
On the surface Stanley Johnson seems an ordinary man, a widower and early retiree biding his time until Social Security kicks in. Below the surface he despises the current President of the United States, yet he is not vocal about his views. And then, he makes a terrible discovery in a garbage dumpster at his apartment complex, bringing back memories of alarming events dating back to his childhood. Stan becomes inexplicably tied to political events, especially assassination attempts and current events.

A Presidential election in which a popular female senator faces a strong male incumbent is approaching. The incumbent's campaign manager discovers that seeds sown at the time of the 1963 Kennedy assassination have grown into a plot to create an assassin out of an "every man."

The novel builds toward climaxes along several lines. Is there to be an assassination, or an assassination event aimed at the media? Will the main characters survive the novel? Has Stan discovered a deep state conspiracy related to old conspiracy theories? Who exactly is the President’s Nemesis?
