This is a really funny book
I kinda liked this book because it was funny, like when she imagined herself telling a bald to watch the glare and when she said "the last time a saw a blonde run this fast, was a golden retriever and it was running after a tennis ball", so I thought it was sorta funny. But the book could have kept going and I feel like it was too short.
All the Dear Dumb Diary books are really good for people from non-English-speaking countries learning the language. On the other hand I would say about it the same thing I said about the Diary of a Wimpy Kid - it's inappropriate for children under the age of eight because it teaches them that school is something really wrong and boring and some people are just bad - it's never like that!
Very Funny but doesn't really have a point. Jamie always has some point to make in the book. Bit of a page filler Huh? Jim ?
Yet another book I read because my stepdaughter checked it out of the library and left it lying around the house. It's fine for what it is, but no better than that -- certainly not as good as the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books (though in fairness, I haven't read #8 in that series, and these things tend to deteriorate over time).
I thought this book was ok but I don't think I want to read anymore. Some parts were interesting and I think it's a good series. I just think it's ok because I did not like some things about it but it is a little intersting so I might read another one.
I love it, Its a great book, I love this series as well, The main character is really funny and I like her.10/10 c:
this one wasnt as good as the other ones but still pretty cool 7/10
One of the weaker books but sweet at the end where dog love rules even for heroine. The bits on the magazine quiz are the most inspired parts of the book. My 10 year old niece and I will continue to plow through these because it's been something fun to share.
this is a good book for elementary girls .
this is my favorite book in the world :)
I think that this is funny and very cool😊😊
I read it two times, and it was quiet funny. I enjoyed spending my time reading it.
She assumes she knows everything after getting a good score on a magazine personality test? Umm...
I'd give this a 3 1/2 star rating, but I rounded upOk so starting this off by saying-- I'm thirteen. These books are really just to pass the time. I do have better things to read, but these things will still make me smile, so there's that. However, I did find some afflictions with this book. And I know I've posted this in all the other DDD reviews as well, but I do feel strongly about these things and I hope they're read by as many people as possible. Point #1: I think the character of Isabella
Jamie thinks she knows everything. Her friend’s dog marries her dog and they have puppies. Jamie and Angeline and Isabella get a dog. One’s name is Prince Fuzzybutt and Bubblegum Dutchess and Dingledongle and Stinkette.
THIS. IS. THE. GROWTH POINT.There is so much growth on Jamie's part in this book. She becomes less conceited, respects Angeline more, and even recognises that Isabella isn't the best person, AND graciously accepts that Hudson may not be the one for her.It also has the happiest ending ever.
love it love it love it
I can’t even read it😡😡😡😡
