It is true that culture and traditions are the building blocks of an individual’s identity in a family and as a citizen. Our identity we do not question. I am who I am because God made me and placed me into this family, in this community and in this country and this is what defines me. However, can this identity be challenged? Can the knowledge you have held from childhood be wrong? What can cause your world view to change? A full study of the word of God, from an unbiased and unfiltered platform, can and will cause a seeker for truth to turn away from many traditions and cultural norms long held as the 'gospel', to a doctrinal position of Solo Scriptura as Martin Luther did so many years ago.
Many persons question the authenticity of the bible. Many say the bible contradicts itself. However, history and prophecy being fulfilled have certainly provided enough information to never doubt even one page of the Holy Scriptures. If study of the bible is done as the bible itself says, line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little, then seekers of truth will be Set Free.
A read of this book brings the 21st century issues, be it economic, cultural, environmental, political or social into focus and provides understanding of why things are as they are. It forces the reader to challenge some distorted cliché and unholy statements that are accepted as biblical, such as 'no one can be perfect,' and 'we will be sinning until Christ returns'. The book addresses the role played by Islam in bible prophecy and climate change as last day prophecy fulfillments. You may wonder why if God is involved in the affairs of man would he allow the things to happen which preoccupy the believer and non-believer as well. This work provides the basis for these discussions to opened and addressed from a biblical perspective.
Is the sabbath important? Are God’s commandments nailed to the cross? What really happens when you die? Are you and I wheat or tares? Who is really behind all the misinformation we have received and why? Is there a heavenly sanctuary and why is this information important? Who is the dragon, the beast and false prophet mentioned in the Bible? Would God’s Grace just cover all my sins and all I must do is just say the name of Jesus or is there more expected of me? Are my dead friends and family in Heaven? To any of these questions, is your answer based on your understanding or is it grounded in scripture? Take a read and be SET FREE.
