I've read most of these stories before; all except Green Tea and How Love Came to Professor Guildea, both of which were disappointing. All the other stories are worth checking out. An overall very enjoyable collection. James’ stories are of course superlative; I also particularly enjoyed F, Marion Crawford’s Screaming Skull, which was highly atmospheric and has encouraged me to look into more of their work.
This was a good audiobook. The performances really added to the stories. I am not sure that I would have enjoyed them as much if I had read them on my own.
