I just finished up The Self-Care Solution book, and I truly enjoyed it:-) It definitely taught me a lot about the science behind sugar, sleep, meditation, cardio, plant based foods, walking, etc. I liked how she admitted to challenging yourself based on you and using apps to hold you accountable. It's definitely something I will continue to look back at.
