The only time things seem picture perfect since my parent’s divorce is when the wind whips past my face as I glide down a mountain slope. Snowboarding feeds my need for an adrenaline rush while grasping onto memories that once were secure.

Dash Newhouse is an unstable drifter. Ski patrol is just another way he pays his bills before moving onto a new mountain next season. And I doubt fortune is shining down on me when we get paired together for a rescue on a snowy winter day. Yet, it doesn't take long before Dash reminds me that I can’t live life to the fullest while playing it safe.

Deep down, I can’t deny that his wanderlust doesn’t appeal to me as much as his rock hard abs. But when the snow melts, will Dash's antics have helped me navigate a new, steady peak... or will he ride off with my heart?
