Return to Driller's Cove unravels the mysterious family secret that first appeared on the pages of Morris' original novel, "The Homegoing." Christine and her family still live in fear for their very lives. Even though Lottie and her clan are locked up behind prison bars, danger is around every corner. Christine has tried to put her past behind but each night sleep turns into frightening nightmares. Unanswered questions, unexplained phenomenon's and bumps in the night are vivid reminders of the terror she endured at the hands of her sinister relatives. ___________________ It has been eight years since Christine faced death and walked out victorious. She and Gregory have five beautiful children. Seven-year-old Gregory, Jr., six year old "Princess" Tierra, five-year-old twins Arthur and Charlie, and two year old Mack who is just beginning to come into his own. Christine named him Lil' Mack because he has the same gentle spirit of her cousin Mack who died years ago in California. Mack had died too young so Christine felt that a part of him could now live on in the smile of her young son. The boys are a handful but "Princess" Tierra has all of them wrapped around her little finger, including her Daddy. Not a morning goes by that she doesn't stroll down the spiral staircase like a Nubian Princess and announce, "I'm here!" That announcement is always followed by a round of cheers and applause from her brothers. Gregory is still the Chief of Police for Brunswick County and his success has propelled him into the political arena. Brunswick County is facing massive changes and he has been approached by city leaders who have asked him to run for Mayor. He's giving the offer serious thought and weighing his options. Performance, Inc. is still one of the top industrial psychological corporations in the country and continues to be featured in Fortune Magazine. Christine couldn't be happier . . . but deep down there still seems to be a dark cloud hovering just behind the silver lin
