Halloween Night

Strange things don’t just happen on Halloween in Pridemonte City. They happen all year round. Halloween Night is a collection of 3 different tales, each told in a different part of Pridemonte with a different cast of characters. Whether you’re in the mood for something frantic and thrilling, a more laid-back story about teenagers dealing with the difficulties of adolescence amidst disappearances, or maybe a twisted tale to scratch that inner romantic; Halloween Night has something for you.

Let Me In

When Dr. Raj gets called out of retirement to help in an investigation, he doesn’t know what to expect. Houtwind County’s finest have 3 people in custody at the Free & Easy Motel. Each of them is a suspect in the murder of Mayor Quincy, or at least that’s who they think it is.

Sheriff Sanders has never seen a case like this before. The victim’s body is mutilated beyond recognition, as if mauled by an animal. But nothing added up. Would they get to the bottom of this? Who, or what was responsible for the murder? Were they in danger themselves? Little did Raj know; he was in for an unforgettable late-night motel rendezvous.

Halloween Night

Halloween is just around the corner. Decorations are up, everyone in James’ class is excited for the Darlington Grove High School Halloween Party this weekend. To top it off, the most glamorous girl in class, Sally Preston, just invited James out Trick-o-Treating after the party. Everyone knew what that meant, especially James and his trio of friends.

But things weren’t so simple. The small town of Darlington is still reeling from the disappearance of one the students on his walk back from home. The parents blame poor, kindly, Mr. Johnson; an elderly old man whose house James often volunteered at. James knew Mr. Johnson had to be innocent, wasn’t he?

Follow James and his friends as they attempt to uncover a web of mystery and horror, on the days leading up to Halloween. This Halloween night will surely be one to remember.

Lost and Preferably Not Found

Dr. Ellen has to get back on her feet after her fiancé is killed in a mugging. She buries her face in work, returning to her routine and work at the hospital, trying to get her mind off things. She finds one thing rather effective at doing that, tending to the comatose John Doe who has yet to be identified.

When he eventually wakes up, he has no recollection of his past. Ellen finds talking to him refreshing, almost as if she’s ready to move on. Maybe 5 months is too soon, but that was for her to judge. John was a blank slate, a kind and considerate person she wished she’d met way before he lost his memory.

But as with all things forgotten, sometimes they’re best left in the past…
