This memoir is unfiltered and raw. Terry goes through his struggles in life and how counseling has helped him grow into a better husband, father, and person. Terry's no non-sense, no pulled punches way of writing leaves the reader with a raw and detailed picture as to who he is and what he has been through. I’ve always loved Terry Crews, from his acting to his cooking, and this book made me like him even more.
