Bulti's Adventures in the Dooars

Bulti, a sprightly ten-year-old girl, has a dream to go on an outstanding vacation with her parents, younger sister, Kulfi, and her eccentric aunt, Basanti Mashi. But her once wealthy family has suddenly fallen into hard times and cannot afford luxury holidays anymore.

However, despite all odds, they finally manage to go to the Dooars in the North of Bengal in the summer vacation. The holiday is as much fun as the girls had wished it to be!

Meanwhile, the vacation takes an unexpected spooky turn as Bulti encounters a friendly, young ghost, Raisha, who confides in Bulti about her murder twenty-five years ago. She urges Bulti to help her get justice by seeking one Shyam dada, a renowned naturalist and an entrepreneur of the locality.

Thus, Bulti's real adventure in the Dooars begins. It is a journey of exploring wondrous nature, delightful cuisine, and also encountering dangerous criminals, crazy vagabonds, spine-chilling moments of escape, and a riveting climax that leaves everyone spellbound.

As Bulti and her family finally return to Kolkata, they realize that this extraordinary holiday has changed their lives forever.
